National Women’s Health & Fitness Day

Wednesday September 30 2015 was National women’s health and fitness day. I don’t think it’s a thing in Nigeria, but it’d sure be a great idea if we all come together and make it a thing, right? Usually, different groups of women in the United States host health and fitness events just for women. National Women’s Health & Fitness Day, is a way to draw attention to the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women.
